cup Soy sauce 50 mL |

teaspoon Hot chili paste 5 mL |

teaspoon 5 spice powder 5 mL |

Combine honey with soy sauce, hot chili paste, 5 spice powder and cilantro in a small bowl. Pour over quails and rub in well. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator a few hours. |
Step 3 |
Cook on the barbecue, in a grill pan or under the broiler for about 5 minutes per side or until just cooked through. |
