Step 1 |
Cook meat, onion and garlic in shortening until slightly brown, drain spinach to make 3/4 cup. Add tomato sauce, paste and seasonings to meat. Cook 15 minutes. Add crumbs, add half or 1/4 cup cheese, oil and eggs, salt and pepper the crumbs. |
Step 2 |
Cook macaroni until tender, drain, put a layer of macaroni in large baking dish and a layer of meat sauce on top. Another layer of macaroni and then meat sauce on top. Then 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
