Broccoli Carrot Casserole

10 ounces pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup seasoned cubes, stuffing
