Ingredients

1

package Ramen (Do not use the seasoning packet) :Preferably Ichiban, but you can use any form of ramen, dried or frozen.:

1 - 2

slices of precooked pork or chicken

3

cups of water

1

chopped carrot (or 4 baby carrots)

1

tablespoon chopped white onion

1

teaspoon grated ginger

1 ½

tablespoons of chopped garlic

3

dashes of kikkomen soy sauce

1-2

Chicken Bouillon cubes

½

Hard Boiled Egg

1

strip Nori

1

tablespoon of crushed red peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything excluding the noodles, nori, and hard boiled egg into a pot bring to a boil.

Step 2

Turn the heat down to medium and boil for about 10 more minutes.

Step 3

Remove the Pork or Chicken slices from the pot or saucepan and add noodles.

Step 4

Turn heat back up and bring the contents of the pot to a boil again for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add Pork or Chicken slices, nori, and hardboiled egg back onto the top (or mixed into) the soup.
