Ingredients

package Ramen (Do not use the seasoning packet) :Preferably Ichiban, but you can use any form of ramen, dried or frozen.: |

cups of water |

chopped carrot (or 4 baby carrots) |

tablespoon chopped white onion |

teaspoon grated ginger |

tablespoons of chopped garlic |

dashes of kikkomen soy sauce |

strip Nori |

tablespoon of crushed red peppers |
Preparation
Step 1 |
Put everything excluding the noodles, nori, and hard boiled egg into a pot bring to a boil. |
Step 2 |
Turn the heat down to medium and boil for about 10 more minutes. |
Step 3 |
Remove the Pork or Chicken slices from the pot or saucepan and add noodles. |
Step 4 |
Turn heat back up and bring the contents of the pot to a boil again for 3 minutes. |
Step 5 |
Add Pork or Chicken slices, nori, and hardboiled egg back onto the top (or mixed into) the soup. |
