Chocolate Pudding Cake
Ingredients
Cake ingredients
1 Chocolate cake mix (home brand)
1 Chocolate instant pudding (Cottees brand)
2 eggs
1 cup lemonade (home brand)
Icing ingredients
1/4 cup cream
Preparation

Grease and line the bottom of a cake pan with baking paper and lightly grease sides (square one is good)

Heat oven 150

Spoon into prepared cake tin, smoothing over to cover all sides

Cook for about 40-45 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean.

Use spatula to release sides, if necessary, leave in tin for about 10 minutes

CHOCOLATE ICING

Break chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl with the cream

Spread icing all over cake and let run down the sides covering all the cake

Refrigerate until set, about ½ and hour
