Ole Gucamole

Ingredients

3 ripe avocados halved and pitted
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped onion (sweet)
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Tabasco or hot pepper sauce to taste

Preparation

Scoop avocados into a bowl, add lemon and mash.

With a fork gently mix tomato, onion, salt and pepper, and Tabasco.

Serve fresh.
