Chicken and Peppers

Preparation

Prepare a base with olive oil, onion, carrot and celery. Cut into small pieces and put in the pan to brown.

Peel the skin of the chicken.Throw the chicken leg in the pan and brown them.

Cook until the peppers and the chicken become soft.
