Ingredients

2 lrg Eggs
1/2 cup Finely chopped onion
2 cups Chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup Fine bread crumbs or soy isolate
1/4 cup All-purposed flour or evap. milk
1/4 teaspoon Ground thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
8 Hamburger buns, split and buttered
or Meringue Shells split and soft

Preparation

Whisk eggs together in bowl. Stir in onion and mushrooms.

Add next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into patties, using 1/4 cup for each. Cook in greased frying pan, browning both sides.

Insert patties into buns. Serve with condiments.
