Coriander-Flavored Vodka

1 tablespoon Coriander seeds, lightly crushed
1 bottle (750 ml) Vodka

Coriander Vodka: Add the coriander seeds to the vodka and infuse for at least 6 hours, maximum 24 hours. Strain and chill.

About

Vodka should be drunk straight and very chilled (you can keep it it in the freezer). Great with something salty (pickles, olives, herring) to eat right after drinking. DO NOT add ice or tonic.
