cups Prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Fruit Punch Flavor Low Calorie Soft Drink Mix

1 ½

cups Frozen vanilla yogurt, softened

cup Sliced strawberries

Ripe banana, cut into chunks.

Step 1

Place prepared drink mix, frozen yogurt and fruit in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve at once.

Step 2

NOTE- this recipe is very versatile!! Vary the flavor of the drink mix, of the fruit, and/or of the frozen yogurt. Toss in some BRAN to add fiber and more nutrients!
