ounces Pineapple Chunks *

medium Banana, Cut Into Chunks

1 ½

cups Skim Milk

¼

teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 1

* Pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice.

Step 2

Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Measure 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and save the remainder for another use. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.. 85 calories
