Tamarind Chutney

Ingredients

cup Tamarind pulp, seeds removed, (if preserved, soak in
1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 tablespoons Water
teaspoon Cayenne

Combine ingredients in the blender and blend to a fine paste.
