Turkey schnitzels with four types of cheese
40g Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
80g Gorgonzola (or other blue cheese), cut into cubes
40g fontina cheese (or Gouda), cut into cubes
20g Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbs olive oil
4 small turkey schnitzels
2 sage leaves, chopped
Parsley leaves, chopped
Melt cheese cubes and grated Parmesan in milk over low heat, stirring occasionally. When cheese is completely melted, set the sauce aside, season with pepper.
In a pan sauté the schnitzels for 3 minutes on both sides over low heat.
Pour the cheese sauce over schnitzels, sprinkle with chopped herbs, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low.
Serve immediately with rice and green salad.
