Prosciutto, Taleggio & Fig Grilled Cheese
Split the ciabatta rolls in half.
On one side of the bread spread a thin layer of Mayo and on the other side put on a thick layer of fig spread.
Layer with taleggio cheese (trust me, it’s really melty and perfect with the rest of the ingredients, I found it at Whole Foods), prosciutto and watercress.
Close the sandwich and either place in a Panini maker or, if you’re like me and don’t have one, I put it on a rack in a cookie sheet and baked it at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
When the cheese is oozing and melty you’re good to go!
