1/4 cup Hawaiian hot chili peppers, chopped fine (up to ⅓)
1/2 pound Hawaiian salt (up to 1)
1 gallon Water

Preparation

Combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool; store in bottles. Let stand 2-3 days before using.
