pounds Lean, boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips

Red bell pepper chopped

Cloves garlic, minced

Carrots, chopped

tablespoons Rice vinegar

cup Tomato sauce

¼

cup Sherry

tablespoon Oyster sauce

teaspoon Sugar

tablespoons Chopped peanuts

ounces Cooked vermicelli

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in Crock Pot. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours). Serve over noodles. May be doubled for 5 quart models. 6 servings
