Maple-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Maple syrup
2 teaspoons Grainy mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, syrup, mustard, salt and pepper until well-blended. Alternatively, combine ingredients in a small jar, secure the lid, and shake until well-blended.

Serve on any green salad. This is a very tart, sweet, tangy dressing. Recipe can be doubled. Keeps in the refrigerator for a week or two.
