Blackberry Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

Pinch sugar
1 bn fresh basil
4 ounces Plain low fat yogurt
4 ounces Apple cider
1 pch Fresh Blackberries
4 ounces Olive oil
Pepper to taste

Preparation

LOW-CAL 22 CAL PER 1/2 OZ add 1/2 the Blackberries to the vinegar add reduce by 1/3 mix cooled reduction and yogurt mix cooled reduction and yogurt add the olive oil add chopped Blackberries
