Puff Pastry With Gorgonzola and Pickled Artichokes In Olive-Oil

Ingredients

sesame seeds
Preparation

Cut
the pastry into 4.

Then put in the center of each square and a mouthful of gorzola an artichoke.

Moisten the edge of the squares to
seal
it.

Fold
the pastry over itself.

Give them the shape of a half moon with a ravioli wheel .

Sprinkle with sesame
seeds
and
bake
for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
