Masala Omlette

Ingredients

1 medium sized onion
1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste

Preparation

Beat the eggs with salt. Saute the finely chopped onion and chillies in a teaspoonful of oil. Add ginger-garlic paste. Once it cooked, pour the beaten egg and spread it evenly. Cook in simmer for about a minute.

Serve hot with Salt bread or with soup. I am using this in breakfast and it is fit for the people those who are diet conscious.
