Ginger Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick ground ginger
1 pound lean pork or chicken strips
1 tablespoon oil
2 green onions chopped, (optional)
1 pkt McCormick Pork Gravy Mix

Preparation

Combine Gravy mix, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger; set aside.

Brown pork in oil. Pour gravy mixture over strips. Add onions. Stir and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.
