Mash

Ingredients

8 lrg potato, peeled, and, cut into chunks
1/2 pint single cream
3 good knobs of butter
freshly ground black pepper
1 pch nutmeg, (optional)

Preparation

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.

Drain and mash until smooth. Add the cream, butter, seasoning and nutmeg and mix well into your lovely mashed potato.
