potato
, peeled, and, cut into chunks
1/2 pint
single cream
3 good knobs of
butter
salt
freshly ground
black pepper
1 pch
nutmeg
, (optional)
Preparation

Cook the potatoes in
boiling
salted
water until tender.

Drain and
mash
until smooth. Add the
cream
, butter,
seasoning
and nutmeg and
mix
well into your lovely
mashed
potato.
