Ingredients

Spinach leaves
Ginger 1/2 inch piece
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.
Black salt 1/2 teaspoon.
Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon.
Wholewheat flour
Oil 2 tablespoons.

Preparation

In a bowl add in flour, spinach leaves, ginger, cumin powder, black salt, lemon juice, garam masala and mix it all together to form a dough.

Knead the dough and roll small shaped circles

Fry them in oil
