Carrot Purre With Yoghurt
Ingredients
300 grs
‘süzme’
yoghurt
250 grs
carrots
3 tablespoons
butter
1/2 bunch ½ bunch fresh di

nely chopped

cloves of
garlic
1 teaspoon
salt
Preparation

Melt
the butter in a
skillet.

Add the grated
carrot
and the garlic and saute for 8-10 minutes.

Add the
salt
and let
cool.

Pour the yoghurt into a
mixing
bowl, and add the sauteed
carrots
and the dill.
Mix
well and remove to a
serving
platter.
