Ingredients
1 cup chopped
onion
2 tablespoons
butter
2 tablespoons
flour
1 cup
milk
1 cube (or 1 tsp.)
chicken
bouillon
1 cup Velveeta
cheese
4 teaspoons
hot sauce
1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until clear. Add flour, then milk. Cook,
stirring
, until
boils.
Add cheese and sauces.
Heat
until cheese is
melted
.

Spoon
over cooked vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower,
carrots
, or your favorite. Unused portion will keep several days.
