SIMMER. CRUSH TORTILLA CHIPS. GRATE CHEESE. IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH, LAYER CHIPS, THEN MEAT, THEN CHEESE. BAKE AT 350 DEG F. FOR 1/2 HOUR WITH DISH COVERED. UNCOVER AND BAKE FOR 1/2 HOUR MORE.
