1 medium rattlesnake, cut up
2 bay leaves
2 clvs garlic
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons sherry
stalk celery, finely diced
4 boiled eggs, diced
onion, finely diced
cup chopped sweet pickles
1 cup mayonnaise
