Spinach With Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
1 bunch spinach, washed very cleanly
          50 grams cottage cheese, cut into small square pieces
          1 medium onion, finely chopped
          1 1/2 teaspoons ginger paste
          1 teaspoon garlic paste
          salt, to taste
          1/2 teaspoon termeric powder
          1 medium tomato, finely chopped
          3 teaspoons vegetable oil

Take out the spinach and grind into the mixer grinder.

Then add the spinach paste into the gravy. Cook the spinach till the water becomes dry....then at the end add the cottage cheese.....Palak Paneer is ready.
