Ingredients

cauliflower
High quality
olive oil
Salt
and
pepper
to taste
Preparation

Slice
cauliflower
top
down in 1/4" pieces.

Toss cauliflower with a generous amount of olive oil and
salt
and pepper in a large bowl.

Place cauliflower on one large cookie sheet, evenly spread.

Cook on high (450-500 degrees F) for 20-30 minutes,
turning
over once halfway through.
