Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 ripe, mashed bananas
4 tablespoons granulated sugar (depending on how sweet you like your banana bread)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil, then spray the foil with cooking spray.

Combine peanut butter, bananas, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Add flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla, and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake the loaf for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

This is my absolute favorite banana bread recipe, and it is so easy to make! Be sure to store the loaf wrapped in plastic wrap to keep it moist.
