Vegan Banana Bread
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 ripe, mashed bananas
4 tablespoons granulated sugar (depending on how sweet you like your banana bread)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil, then spray the foil with cooking spray.
Combine peanut butter, bananas, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add flour, salt, baking soda, vanilla, and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake the loaf for 35-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
