Cookies and Cream Ice Blended Coffee

Ingredients

2 shots expresso

1/8 cup powdered coffee creamer or vanilla yogurt

1/8 cup sugar

4 pieces chocolate cookie sandwiches (and extra crushed for garnishing)

1 glass (16 ounce) ice cubes

Preparation

In a blender, place all the ingredients except the whipped cream. Blend until the ice is fine and slushy. Garnish with whipped cream and a crushed chocolate cookie sandwich.
