Does the pork belly come already cooked? I don't see any mention of cooking it.

Hi Perry,

Yes, we use pre-cooked pork belly. We find it in our local Asian market, but have found it at many BBQ and independent butcher shops.

About

This is a quick and easy tonkotsu ramen featuring pork belly is inspired by the famous Momofuku recipe which takes 2 days to prepare (see the full recipe here). Look for already cooked pork belly in Asian markets, independent butcher or barbecue shops. Alternatively, you can simply use leftover pork loin or tenderloin.
