large tomatoes , seeded don't have to and diced |

small sweet onion , finely chopped like Texas sweet or red |

jalapeno , finely chopped |

tablespoons cilantro , chopped |

clove garlic , finely chopped |

tablespoons lime juice , fresh squeezed |

teaspoon olive oil |

teaspoon salt |

teaspoon cumin |

teaspoon black pepper |
Step 1 |
Combine all the ingredients and chill for 2 hours before serving with chips. |
Step 2 |
You may also throw all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on low to desired consistency. |
