Ingredients
Unpeeled
potatoes
1/2 cup
oil
2 tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon each
garlic powder
and
paprika
1/4 teaspoon
pepper
Preparation
1
Slice
potatoes into 1/2 inch thick wedges.

Combine ingredients and brush over potato wedges. Arrange potatoes
peel
side down.
Bake
at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Brush potatoes occasionally with oil mixture.
