Ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour, cocoa, and salt, mixing well. Stir in nuts. Spread in 9x13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Cool in pan and cut.
