Blueberry, Papaya, and Almond Salsa
Ingredients
3/4 cup
fresh
blueberries
1/2
papaya
1/2 cup
slivered
almonds
2 ounces hazelnut-flavored liquor
2 tablespoons
lime juice
1 tablespoon
chopped
mint
Preparation
1
Peel,
seed,
and dice papaya
2
Toast almonds in a pan on low
heat
until you
can
smell them
3
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the mint and let stand for 10 minutes.
Mix
in mint and
serve
.
