Step 1 |
*If you want to peel firm peaches, use a vegetable peeler. Otherwise, place peaches in boiling water for 20 seconds, cool and peel. |
Step 2 |
Combine peaches and plums in serving bowl. Stir in sugar, lemon juice and Amaretto. |
Step 3 |
Refrigerate up to 12 hours. Remove from fridge about 45 minutes before serving. |
Step 4 |
Toast almonds in small skillet over low heat 10 to 12 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly. Serve in dessert bowls sprinkled with toasted almonds. |
