Plumcake Kamut, Chicken and Sage

Ingredients

180 grams flour Kamut
1 deciliter of semi-skimmed milk
1 deciliter vegetable oil
100 grams of grated gruyere
10 sage leaves
1 packet of yeast

Preparation

Heat oven to 180°C.

Chop the chicken thighs.

Coarsely chop the sage.

Cover with parchment paper a loaf pan.

Beat the eggs lightly with oil and milk.

Add the flour, kamut, Gruyère cheese, chicken and sage.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix gently and incorporate the yeast.

Pour the mixture into the mold and bake immediately.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Let the cake cool before you remove from the oven.
