16 ounces Can tomatoes
2 pounds Lean beef round -- trimmed

Fat -- ground
2 Onions -- chopped
1/2 To 1 clove garlic, minced
teaspoon Or ⅛ garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
