water
3 strips
bacon
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen
peas
4 med.
potatoes
, diced
Salt
and
pepper
to taste
1 cup
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
Water
enough to form dough ball
Preparation
1
Cook bacon, peas, and potatoes together for 1/2 hour.
Roll
out dough;
cut
into little squares and drop into peas. Cook for 15 minutes or until peas, potatoes, and dumplings are done.
