cup finely crumbled feta cheese |

teaspoon ground cumin |

teaspoon ground red pepper |

lg. pitas, split |

cups shredded spinach |

Step 1 |
In bowl, combine 2 tablespoons milk, cornmeal, onion, garlic, oregano, lemon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add meats; mix well. Shape into 8 (1/4 inch thick) patties. Combine feta and remaining milk. Place 1 tablespoon feta mix in centers of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; press edges to seal. |
Step 2 |
Combine cumin and red pepper. Sprinkle onto patties. Grill burgers uncovered 7 minutes a side for medium doneness. Serve in pitas with spinach. Serves 4. |
