Pineapple Red Pepper Salad

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple (diced)
1/4 cup red pepper (diced)
1 cup walnuts (break into small pieces)

Preparation

Cut butter lettuce into smaller pieces and place in bowl.

Add diced pineapple & red pepper.

Prepare dressing by blending pineapple & red bell pepper in blender. Pour dressing on salad and garnish with walnuts or your nut of choice.
