Step 1 |
Some time ago (I'm behind in my reading of ff digests!) a request was made for a gingerbread recipe. Here's one that I use, slightly modified (to remove the added oil) from a recipe from a February 1994 issue of Vegetarian Times. |
Step 2 |
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together wet ingredients. In a medium bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Add raisins. |
Step 3 |
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into a non-stick 9-inch by 13-inch pan and bake 40 minutes, making sure not to overbake. |
Step 4 |
Gingerbread will be moist. |
Step 5 |
24 servings. |
