Choconini Sandwich with "Xocai Healthy Chocolate"
1 loaf ciabatta
1 lb brie cheese
1 dash extra-virgin olive oil
4 "Xocai Healthy Chocolate X Power Squares," chopped
1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
Slice ciabatta bread into 1/2-inch slices. Cut brie into 1/4 inch slices. To assemble sandwich, brush the bread lightly with olive oil. Place oiled side down onto panini press or George Foreman Grill. Top with brie, sprinkle 1 broken-up "X Power Square" over the brie, then sprinkle about a tsp. of chopped basil over the cheese and chocolate. Top with the other piece of bread, and brush the top of that with olive oil as well. Now press the sandwich on a medium, hot grill or panini press for about 3 to 5 minutes. Let cool just slightly and cut. Serves 4
