Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients

1 flank steak
cup balsamic vinegar
cup brown sugar

Preparation

Pan fry steak to your liking. Remove steak from pan, keep warm. Add vinegar and sugar to pan. Cook for one minute or until thickened slightly.

Louise Says: Here is a contribution for the summer swap (although it is the end of winter here in Australia!). This is a Fantastic glaze for steak. And incredibly simple. We make it quite often.
