Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Champagne vinegar
1 Tablespoons Lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 Cup Sunflower oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the oils, in a blender or food processor and blend until mixed.

Running your machine on low to medium speed, slowly add the oils in a steady stream until incorporated.
