1/2 teaspoon
coriander

1/2 teaspoon
turmeric

salt-
as per taste
2 tablespoons

Preparation

Wash
and
peel
carrots , take out peas from pods
, crus
h ginger and garlic
, ch
op green chillies .

Heat
kadai add oil for 2 min then add jeer
a st
ir till crackle,

Add ginger, garlic and green chilli in it
stir
and add carrot and peas in it
mix
well

Add all
dry
masala
mix
and cook covered on medium
flame
for 8 to 10 min all till done.

Garnish
with
chopped
green coriander leaves.

Serve
hot with paranthas or roti
