Easy Apricot Bars

Ingredients

1 pkg. Betty Crocker dry coconut-pecan frosting 2 cups flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup butter

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together, then add rest. Mix until just crumbly. Pat half of mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread 1 cup apricot jam over the layer in pan. Top with rest of crumbly mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut into bars after cooling 5-10 minutes.
