Ingredients
4 boneless skinless
chicken-breast
halves
1/2 cup creamy
peanut butter
1/2 cup
honey
1/4 teaspoon ground
red pepper
1/2 cup chopped
peanuts
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 350 degress. Place chicken breasts in a 9- by 13-inch
baking
dish
.

In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and pepper;
mix
well and spread over chicken.
Top
with peanuts and
bake
for 20 to 25 minutes, or until no pink remains in chicken.

topped
with sauce from the
baking
dish
