Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

1 pack 16 oz. pkg. cranberries
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup seedless raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 piece med. apple, chopped
1 tablespoon grated orange peel

Preparation

In a two quart saucepan over medium heat beat cranberries, sugar and 1 cup water to boiling, stirring frequently.

Reduce heat to low, simmer 15 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
